Terms of Service

By using this website or taking part in an activity of Auto moto karting klub "Modriča" Modriča, you accept these terms together with the club statute and the safety instructions given by club officials.

The website provides information about the club, its programmes, events and governance. Content is published in good faith for general information; schedules and programme details may change.

Participation requires registration with the club office. Minors require written consent of a parent or guardian. Participants must follow instructions of coaches, marshals and technical commissioners at all times.

Protective equipment is mandatory. The club may refuse or stop participation where safety rules are not observed or where equipment does not pass technical inspection.

Motorsport carries inherent risk. The club applies safety rules, equipment checks, marshalling and first-aid cover, but participants and guardians acknowledge that risk cannot be eliminated entirely.

Membership fees, entry fees, donations and sponsorships are used exclusively for programme and operating costs. No surplus is distributed to members or officers.

Aggressive driving, harassment, discrimination, use of alcohol or drugs at activities, and damage to equipment are prohibited and may lead to exclusion by decision of the board.

The club name, crest and website content belong to the club and may not be used commercially without written permission. Educational reuse for road-safety purposes is welcome with attribution.

To the extent permitted by law, the club is not liable for indirect damage, for loss arising from information on this website, or for injury or loss resulting from a participant disregarding safety instructions.

These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia & Herzegovina. Questions and complaints are addressed to the club office at info@modricakarting.sbs.
