The club is a non-profit public-benefit association. This page sets out our charter, financial controls, governance rules and safeguarding commitments.
The club exists exclusively for public benefit purposes: the promotion of amateur sport, the education of young people, and the improvement of traffic safety. It has no owners or shareholders. No part of its income may be distributed to members, officers or third parties as profit. On dissolution, remaining assets must be transferred to another non-profit organisation with comparable purposes.

Decisions are taken by elected bodies with defined mandates and recorded minutes. Conflicts of interest must be declared before any decision and are entered in the minutes. Members may request the statute, minutes, annual plan and financial report at any time from the club office.
All coaches and volunteers who work with minors are briefed on child-protection rules. Minors train only with written parental consent, always in the presence of at least two adults, with protective equipment and a first-aid kit on site. Any concern is escalated immediately to the board and, where required, to the competent authorities.
